Phil and LtCol Jason Brown from the United States Military Academy at West Point provided an overview of best cybersecurity exercise design and delivery practices, focusing on threat casting and NUARI's DECIDE® Platform. Additionally, Phil discussed the National Cybersecurity Preparedness Consortium (NCPC), a key element of the national strategy to strengthen state, local, tribal, and territorial government infrastructure through education and training.
