SecureWorld Seattle Conference
NUARI’s Director of Cyber Operations, Tom Muehleisen, giving a short course on using exercises to improve response playbooks to a diverse group of security professionals at the annual SecureWorld Seattle Conference in Bellevue, Washington, 13-14 November, 2019.
While the training did include a brief use of the Decide® Distributed Exercise Platform, it was predominantly a primer for the draft 2019 Homeland Security Exercise Evaluation Program doctrine manual, which includes many of the same best practices that Decide® has baked into its core DNA.
Participants included IT managers, planners and executives from academia, state and county government as well as medium to very large industry.
